📋 Description

• Execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads; • Collaborate in building acquisition strategies with the Growth team; • Design and oversee marketing and sales funnels for B2B clients; • Monitor the full lead journey, from generation to conversion into opportunities and sales; • Configure, monitor, and optimize relationship and nurture automations; • Analyze performance metrics and identify conversion bottlenecks; • Develop tests, hypotheses, and optimization plans to improve performance; • Prepare reports and present strategic insights to clients and internal teams; • Ensure lead quality, focusing on efficiency in addition to volume; • Contribute to demand generation for the Tribe, supporting the agency’s growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Paid Traffic Management; • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads; • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4); • Knowledge of measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking; • Experience with CRM systems and commercial pipeline management; • Ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic actions; • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams; • Organized, autonomous, and able to prioritize effectively; • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
