• Planning, creation, and management of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns; • Monitoring and analyzing performance and managing ad budget control in Google Ads; • Developing, optimizing, and daily monitoring of Google Ads campaigns; • Monitoring the entire funnel, ROAS, CPC, and campaign conversions; • Optimizing campaigns to ensure ROI and meet client-required conversions; • Creating and presenting periodic reports; • Controlling campaign budgets and investments; • Analyzing results, highlighting improvements already implemented and those still to be addressed; • Creating URL tracking tags for campaigns; • Writing ad copy; • Leading the team, providing guidance and constructive feedback; • Leading processes by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and being accountable for results; • Communicating with clients and resolving requests and issues; • Overseeing project direction, internal communications, and client relationships; • Overseeing the traffic team to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines; • Providing regular feedback and ongoing training for the paid-traffic team; • Developing and implementing process improvement strategies within the paid-traffic team; • Actively participating in hiring and onboarding of new team members; • Leading team meetings to align objectives, goals, and update the status of ongoing projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or STEM-related fields; • Proficiency with ad platforms (search and display networks); • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics for reporting; • Clear verbal and written communication skills; • Google Ads certifications at all required levels via Google Academy for Ads (Google); • 4+ years of experience; • Knowledge of tracking (UTMs) for measuring results; • Advanced Excel for spreadsheets and reporting; • Digital Marketing certifications such as HubSpot and Rock Content; • Experience with programmatic media and 360° marketing; • Experience running ads on various platforms such as Twitter, Yahoo, and others; • Knowledge of Data Studio (Looker Studio) or Power BI; • Intermediate English.
