• Optimizing Customer Service and Client Relationships by providing the highest level of professionalism • Prioritize email responses by thoroughly reviewing and understanding clients' needs • Obtain all necessary details to ensure endorsements are processed accurately • Process payments and provide clear explanations for insured's billing questions • Document and process policy cancellations properly • Conduct policy reviews with clients for underwriting accuracy and identify savings opportunities • Address company recommendations with insureds for carrier compliance • Navigate agency management system using proper workflows • Maintain up-to-date client files by attaching documentation and generating evidences of insurance
• Current P&C Producer license • 2 Years minimum experience • Self-motivated with a drive to expand insurance knowledge • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills • Solid work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Minimum of 2 years of related experience • Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer License • Experience with Applied EPIC a plus
