• Optimizing Customer Service and Client Relationships • Policy Management including processing payments and providing billing explanations • Obtaining details to ensure endorsements are processed accurately • Generating and sending evidences of insurance such as binders and ID cards • Obtaining claim information and transferring to carriers • Documenting and processing policy cancellations properly • Conducting policy reviews with clients for underwriting accuracy • Addressing company recommendations to meet carrier compliance requirements • Maintaining up-to-date client files • Navigating agency management system using proper workflows
• 2 Years minimum experience • Current P&C Producer license • Self-motivated with a drive to expand insurance knowledge • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills • Solid work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to develop trust and credibility quickly • Experience with Applied EPIC a plus.
