📋 Description

• Work a targeted list of qualified leads (provided) • Perform cold outreach: calls, emails, SMS, Loom videos • Book and run your own discovery/sales calls • Close deals and hand off to our in-house fulfillment team • Track opportunities and pipeline activity daily • Follow up persistently and professionally • Attend weekly training sessions and use our call recordings to improve • Build strong, trust-based relationships with small business owners

🎯 Requirements

• Have 1–3+ years of experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, web design, etc.) to small businesses • Have closed full cycle deals and are confident in handling objections, follow-up, and closing • Have worked commission-only or 1099 sales roles before • Are self-starters who want structure, not hand-holding • Possess **C1-level English proficiency, **you can speak and write clearly and persuasively in a professional business setting. • Can communicate clearly and follow through with consistent outreach • Are familiar with HubSpot CRM and sales tracking tools • Can produce video intros and handle asynchronous outreach • Bonus if you: • Have worked with territory-based accounts or understand local business sales • Are able to adapt quickly, manage rejection, and keep momentum • Thrive in a fast-paced, accountability-driven sales culture
