📋 Description

• Provide customer support • Specify and document support tickets • Conduct technical visits, with availability to travel to other cities • Deliver training and perform related activities • Provide specialized consulting on pension administration • Guide clients and follow up on demands related to pension administration • Identify needs and develop solutions aligned with Brazil’s Municipal and State Public Pension Systems (RPPS) • Contribute to service quality and strengthen client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related fields • Experience in customer service or consulting for RPPS organizations, or with public pension systems • Knowledge of pension legislation and its application • Intermediate Excel skills • Clear written communication • Affinity with technology • Organization and ability to prioritize • Proactivity and empathy • Teamwork skills • Resilience and ability to learn • Experience with SISPREV WEB or another RPPS system • Experience working at a pension institute • Courses in Medical Assessment, Comprev, eSocial, or Pró-Gestão • Knowledge of SQL or Power BI • Experience with functional specifications and software acceptance testing
