📋 Description

• Provide application maintenance and support (AMS) for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Oracle OTM • Perform functional configuration and support continuous improvement initiatives • Understand business requirements and identify appropriate solutions • Support Oracle OTM processes and integrations, including troubleshooting and issue resolution • Interact directly with clients to understand their needs and support the resolution of functional issues • Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to the training and development of other consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-level experience with hands-on knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) • Experience with Oracle OTM application maintenance and support (AMS) activities • Experience in incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution • Knowledge of Oracle OTM functional configuration, processes, and integrations • Ability to understand business requirements and identify appropriate solutions • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to share knowledge and support the development of other team members • Experience in a client-facing AMS environment is desirable • English proficiency is a plus but is not mandatory
