📋 Description

• Ship production features weekly, turning complex insurance processes into intuitive, delightful experiences • Own the full feature lifecycle: design collaboration → implementation → production monitoring • Build lightning-fast UIs optimized for accessibility and top-tier performance • Integrate AI capabilities into the product using the Vercel AI SDK • Contribute to engineering best practices and help teammates level up with AI tools • Work closely with design and product to deliver end-to-end features and leverage AI-assisted development

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience building production React/Next.js applications • Strong CSS-in-JS or Tailwind skills and a deep understanding of responsive design • Proficiency with TypeScript and modern build tools • Experience shipping user-facing features at scale • Comfortable experimenting with AI coding tools (training provided) • Nice-to-haves: Vercel AI SDK or LLM integration experience • Nice-to-haves: Framer Motion / GSAP for animation • Nice-to-haves: Sentry, DataDog, or other monitoring tools • Interest in growing into a full-stack (Go/TypeScript backend)
