📋 Description

• Regional sales expansion – focus on the strategic and operational development of the B2B and B2C business • Sales strategy – develop, steer and implement a successful sales strategy • Sales leadership and coaching – lead, coach and motivate the sales team with a clear results orientation • Partnership management – build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and partners • Lead generation – work closely with marketing to generate leads and develop campaigns • KPI management – analyze KPIs, derive concrete measures and ensure sustainable revenue growth • Company representation – professionally represent the company to customers, partners and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role – ideally in the service or care sector • Proven track record in acquiring and expanding B2B customer relationships and partner networks • Strong leadership personality with a clear hands-on mentality and pronounced results orientation • Excellent analytical and strategic skills and confident handling of KPIs • Persuasive presence, excellent communication skills and negotiation confidence at decision-maker level • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays • Valid driving licence (Class B) • Excellent German skills, written and spoken (minimum C2)
