📋 Description

• Coordinate the regional team of household assistants, motivate staff and design processes • Schedule and coordinate assignments • Inform clients about the agency's services • Build networks and contacts with cooperation partners • Expand your own district and actively bring services to clients • Organize your working day and lead the team with autonomy • Collaborate with the head office, which supports district expansion and team leadership • Take on hands-on client care and team leadership with more time for quality

🎯 Requirements

• Qualification as a care professional or related field, e.g. psychologist, social pedagogue, diploma educator, special needs educator, nurse/registered nurse, health care nurse, geriatric nurse, pediatric nurse, therapeutic caregiver, childcare worker, housekeeper, domestic operations manager, or master in home economics • Ability to act responsibly and independently • Outgoing and communicative; enjoys connecting people • Careful, sustainable and thorough way of working • Willingness to be visible in your region and make yourself known • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1) • Willingness to engage in regional networking and client education • Mobility: own car and driver’s license, or access to public transport or other mobility options • No relevant entries on the police criminal record
