📋 Description

• Act as the agency’s public face for household assistance in your region • Implement marketing and sales measures • Build your own team of household assistants and client base • Coordinate the team and ensure care for all clients in need of assistance within the district • Serve as the contact person for the district and represent it to the head office on matters and decisions • Receive support from the head office in expanding the district and managing the team

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to act independently and take responsibility • Outgoing, communicative, and enthusiastic about connecting people • Careful, sustainable, and thorough working style • Willingness to be visible and make yourself known in the region • Qualified professional in the health and social sector, e.g.: geriatric nurse, pediatric nurse, psychologist, social pedagogue/social educator, graduate educator (Diplom-Pädagoge), special needs educator (Heilpädagoge), registered nurse, health care nurse, residential social educator (Heilerziehungspfleger), educator, housekeeper/household manager, domestic operations manager, or master of domestic management • Desire for a professional reorientation or career change • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1) • Mobility options required: own car and driver’s license, public transport, or alternatives such as e-bike/e-scooter • Disclosure of any entries in the criminal record during the application process
