📋 Description

• Act as the face of the household assistance agency in your local region • Implement marketing and sales initiatives • Build your own team of household assistants and client base • Coordinate the team and ensure care for all clients in need within the district • Serve as the contact person for the district and represent it in matters and decisions with the head office • Expand your district with support from the central team • Lead and manage your own team • Provide personal care and support to people with sufficient time and attention

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to act independently and take responsibility • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills • Ability to connect people and build relationships • Careful, sustainable and thorough working approach • Willingness to be visible and build recognition in the region • Completed qualification as a healthcare professional or an equivalent qualification in one of the listed fields, e.g. physician, registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, social care nurse, special education teacher, social educator, nursing specialist, B.A. in Social Work, early childhood educator, family caregiver, household management manager, master of household management, village assistant, or housekeeper for targeted relief services in home-related services • Passion for social interaction or desire for professional reorientation • Very good command of German, spoken and written (at least C1) • Mobility via own car, driving license, public transport or other options • No specific number of years of professional experience required
