📋 Description

• Represent the household assistance agency as its regional face • Implement marketing and sales activities • Build your own team of household assistants and a client base • Coordinate the team and ensure support for all clients in need within the district • Act as the district contact person and represent it to headquarters on matters and decisions • Expand your district with support from the team and lead the team

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to act responsibly and independently • Outgoing and communicative; enjoy connecting people • Careful, sustainable and thorough working style • Willingness to be a visible presence in the region and to build local recognition • Completed qualification as a nursing/healthcare professional, e.g., social worker, psychologist, psychotherapist, physician, B.A. Social Work, registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, curative education nurse, special education teacher, social pedagogue, educator, family carer, or home care assistant for targeted household-related support services • Passion for social interaction or desire for a professional reorientation • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
