📋 Description

• Field Service Engineer for DR and CR equipment. • Perform technical service and support day-to-day business on Agfa and 3rd party products and systems to customers. • Perform technical support for Agfa NV imaging products. • Responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of imaging equipment and associated ICT/electrical equipment. • Customer focused at all times, must be prepared to work alone and as part of a team. • Interact well with colleagues, customers and third-party trades in a professional and tactful manner. • Present a positive image of the Company. • Install and modify Agfa and 3rd party products (DR and CR). • Troubleshoot Agfa and 3rd party products, also repair and replace on-site and remotely. • Assist R&D and HQ in problem solving and risk analysis. • Train the customers. • Escalate when necessary problems to 2nd and 3rd tier support. • Service incidents documentation. • Manage and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on Agfa products reporting according to our procedures. • Assist internal and external customers on-site and remotely on technical questions and issues. • Identify opportunity for up-selling Agfa Services and Products and pass on upselling opportunities to sales as required. • Manage return of equipment and parts in a compliant timely manner to company procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: University degree in Engineering / Electronics / Biomedical / Mechatronics or related. • X-Ray operator license could be a plus. • Min. 3 years of previous experience in installing and maintaining medical devices/healthcare products and especially X-ray/DR systems. • Ability to service mechanical and electrical devices together with cooperating computer software. • Experience of networking and remote diagnosis software systems. • Experience of working safely with electromechanical systems. • Project Management skills could be a plus. • Languages: Spanish (native speaker level) and English (at least B2 level), Valencian/Catalan language is desirable. • Proactivity, flexibility, independence, own initiative, eager to act on short notice and to change schedules, flexible and adaptable, openness to new challenges, focus on customer relationship, positive mindset, energy to make the change. • Excellent attention to detail, ability to use initiative, strong self-motivation, ease of communicating with people. • Willingness to daily travel on business. • Able to fault find basic electronics to component level and excellent analytical skills. • Good X-Ray/DR and Windows 7/10 knowledge. • Full driving license – willingness to travel daily for business within the country and occasionally to other European countries (Agfa).
