📋 Description

• Monitor the Power BI environment, including capacities, workspaces, datasets, reports, and apps • Handle incidents and requests logged in ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with SLA deadlines • Review BI Pull Requests for adherence to quality standards using MeasureKiller, Tabular Editor, and customized validation solutions • Troubleshoot SQL queries to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in reports • Query data in Databricks to support incident analysis and investigations • Document recurring incidents and contribute to identifying improvements to the stability of the environment • Provide support for the Power BI environment, contributing to service availability, quality, and reliability • Interact with users and clients to handle and resolve incidents and requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, completed or in progress • Knowledge of Power BI, including workspaces, datasets, reports, apps, and basic understanding of capacities • Basic to intermediate knowledge of DAX • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, including query reading, writing, and debugging • Knowledge of ITSM processes • Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus • Knowledge of or experience with Databricks is a plus • Knowledge of tools such as MeasureKiller and Tabular Editor is a plus
