• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing, customer-centric partner marketing team • Own revenue-focused partner marketing strategy and execution • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with marketing peers • Drive stakeholder engagement by collaborating closely with affinity partners • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders • Champion a data-driven approach by optimizing partner marketing KPIs • Perform other functions and special projects as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred) • 10+ years of leading high performing marketing, at least 5+ years of experience leading a partner marketing function within insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry • Advanced knowledge of partner marketing • Advanced knowledge of B2B and B2C strategies • Knowledge of management principles and best practices • Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools • Knowledge of direct mail and omni-channel marketing • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level (both internally and externally)
