📋 Description

• Maintain the reliability, maintainability, and performance of the infrastructure's lower layers (Kubernetes, networking, IAM, Kubernetes operators). • Pragmatically improve the existing setup (architecture, costs, tooling, observability). • Support tech and product teams to enable healthy, autonomous use of the infrastructure. • Operate and evolve our Kubernetes clusters (200+ nodes per cluster). • Improve platform resilience, capacity, and performance. • Participate in on-call rotations and manage incidents with a post-mortem / continuous improvement approach.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production (not just local development). • Solid fundamentals in networking and distributed systems. • Go applied to infrastructure use cases / operators / tooling (no need to be a language purist). • Comfortable diving into existing systems, understanding complex systems, and optimizing them without breaking everything. • Reliability culture, monitoring, and post-mortem experience.
