Agile Occupational Medicine is a multi-location occupational health provider operating clinics throughout California and Arizona. 📋 Description

• Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services to injured workers through secure telehealth technologies • Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment programs focused on restoring function, improving work capacity, and facilitating safe and timely return-to-work outcomes • Services may be delivered directly through virtual patient encounters or in partnership with an onsite Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) • Monitor progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care throughout the rehabilitation process

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program • Active California PT license required (or license in progress) • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software • Knowledge of physical therapy office management systems and procedures • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Outpatient experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply!
