• Support customers in chromatography instruments, including HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and GC-MS systems. • Deliver exceptional on-site support to customers, ensuring optimal performance of systems. • Installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware, software, and network components. • Offer guidance in method optimization and assist with troubleshooting of analytical results.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field. • A master’s degree in chemistry or a related field is desirable. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in chromatography instruments (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, GC-MS). • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Willingness to travel and work independently in customer-facing roles.
