📋 Description

• Analyze overall product demand and forecast future demand and product needs • Provide input into component demand schedules • Improve demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers • Work with demand data scientists to determine appropriate statistical forecasting algorithms • Manage product history and promotional demand and identify historical sales trends and demand patterns • Maintain integrity of demand model input data and analyze internal demand stream information • Collaborate on Sales & Operations Execution processes to enhance demand sensing and adjust the long-term IBP view • Develop reports and lead demand review forums • Report on business objective attainment and adherence to demand forecast schedules • Drive consensus on unconstrained demand • Utilize IBP data scientist modeling, market intelligence, and field sales input to create demand forecasts • Coordinate demand reviews with sales and marketing stakeholders • Perform root cause analysis of forecast accuracy, bias, and value-add metrics • Generate consolidated forecasts of unconstrained demand • Evaluate the impact of prior-month IBP deviations on the current-month plan • Facilitate and re-engineer best practices and foster consensus among functional experts • Implement improvement actions and develop stakeholder communication plans • Monitor forecast consumption and plan attainment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent • 8+ years of relevant experience for entry to this level • Extensive knowledge and specialized expertise in sales, marketing, or finance • Experience in forecasting or planning is a plus • Strong executive presence and leadership skills • Ability to assess complex business problems and deliver impactful results • Excellent communication skills with different levels of management • Self-motivated and capable of operating independently
