📋 Description

• Drive functional engineering excellence via process and tool standardization • Manage and modernize the end-to-end digital development tool chain • Establish a electrical engineering design hub to enable scalable, high-quality engineering support • Optimize development costs, architectural design deployment, accelerate time-to-market and effective transfer into manufacturing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering • Master's degree or PhD preferred • At least 10 years of growing responsibility in R&D technical engineering roles or a PhD in a relevant engineering discipline with 5 years of industry experience • Experience leading globally distributed teams • Experience building organizational capability through coaching, training, governance, and continuous improvement. • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, influencing senior leaders, and driving alignment across diverse business groups.
