📋 Description

• Support our customers with on-site installation, preventive maintenance and repair of Agilent GC-MS systems • Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites • Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems • Performs maintenance and repairs • Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance • Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business • Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems, and applications software • Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or other university-level degrees within the science field, e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or similar • 4+ years of experience working with analytical instrumentation, ideally including repair, maintenance and/or troubleshooting • Experience or expertise with Gas Chromatography (GC/GC-MS) System • Ability to solve high-impact problems related to product availability, typically system/solution-focused • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer relationship-building skills • Daily travel throughout the territory to visit clients is required with the ability to travel 50% of the time that may include overnight and/or weekend travel • A valid driver's license is required for this position.
