📋 Description
• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of advanced Agilent instrumentation (LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, Atomic Spectroscopy systems, and more) • Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal instrument performance • Advising clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to improve performance and reliability • Be involved in complex, multimillion-dollar instrument deployments in laboratory environments • Longer term you may provide our customers with application-level support and training
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant Master Degree or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology • Up to 1–2 years of professional experience (including internships, part-time, or graduate roles) • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a genuine interest in resolving technical issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; communicates clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, with enthusiasm for visiting customers both locally and interstate
