📋 Description
• Own and operationalize the architecture governance model for instrument software across the portfolio • Define and maintain software architecture standards • Establish the processes and frameworks for architecture reviews • Define requirements and guardrails for instrument-facing architecture • Partner with Engineering and QE leadership to ensure architecture standards translate into reliable, testable software delivery
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of software engineering experience • 5+ years in architecture leadership roles • Strong understanding of instrument software architecture • Proven ability to lead and develop senior technical teams • Strong executive communication skills
