âą Executing and overseeing the end-to-end billing cycle. âą Ensuring that all revenue is accurately captured and properly recorded within the ERP system (SAP). âą Ensuring full compliance with fiscal and regulatory requirements, ensuring all invoices meet SAT standards. âą Close cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams to ensure alignment on pricing, order management, and daily operational execution. âą Monitoring and analyzing key billing metrics, preparing regular reports, and proactively proposing process improvements.
đŻ Requirements
âą Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. âą Fluency in English is required. âą Experience working with billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable processes. âą Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP. âą Solid understanding of Mexican tax regulations and invoicing requirements, including SAT compliance and CFDI 4.0. âą Knowledge or experience with REPSE (Registro de Prestadoras de Servicios Especializados u Obras Especializadas) is a plus.
