• Plans, directs, and coordinates marketing programs and initiatives targeting the Pharma and Biopharma segments to drive funnel generation, acquire new customers, nurture existing ones, and support sales • Carries significant responsibility for marketing activities related to Liquid Chromatography (LC) • Localizes global marketing programs and develops targeted campaigns based on customer needs and market insights • Develops and executes marketing tactics and customer communications • Collaborates with regional management to align sales and marketing strategies, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent • Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in marketing, business development, or strategic roles • Experience in analytical instruments, life sciences, or the Pharma/Biopharma industry is preferred • Japanese: Business-level proficiency or higher • English: Intermediate-level proficiency or higher
