📋 Description

• Own overall sales operations, strategies, and results for the assigned area • Plan and direct sales activities, including forecasts, policies, sales strategies, customer relationships, programs, staffing, and training • Establish short- and long-term goals and quotas aligned with company objectives • Meet Korea’s year-over-year business growth objectives • Drive an omnichannel strategy to improve CSD business within the assigned territory • Maximize new product sales and new customer acquisition in Korea • Travel approximately 35% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience • Alternatively, equivalent directly relevant experience • Typically 1–2 years of experience formally or informally leading people, projects, and/or programs • Willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time
