📋 Description

• Engaging with sales for requirement analysis, scoping delivery, and early customer discussions to recommend tailored solutions. • Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations. • Analyze customer's needs, and translate this into SLIMS workflows. • Configure the SLIMS platform to match the lab's requirements. • Build plugins for connecting instruments or displaying custom forms or portals. • Act as the customer voice to influence future product design to meet customer needs. • Lead or support project delivery, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively. • Train the customer. • Script a lab's in-silico tools into our integration framework. • Deliver OpenLab (CDS) solutions along with SLIMS (LIMS) application. • Project management for OpenLab solutions and SLIMS solution delivery. • Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting to maintain customer satisfaction. • Technical support for customers' critical escalations. • Collaborate with R&D, product marketing, and support teams to relay customer feedback and improve offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent • Typically, at least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level • Experienced of working on laboratory solutions and applications • Software affinity or programming skills such as Python and Java • Ability to grasp customer requirements and document the requirements • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to build and foster good relations with customers • Team-oriented perspective
