📋 Description

• Lead the product strategy and entire product life cycle of existing and new suite of OpenLab data products • Work cross-functionally to define product strategy, value propositions, and commercialization plans • Solicit input from marketing teams and conduct research to identify new opportunities • Analyze market trends and competitor positioning; provide data on segment customer needs • Develop customer use cases and translate them into compelling value propositions • Define product value proposition, positioning, business case, and roadmap with cross-functional input • Define commercialization plan and digital readiness strategy • Execute commercialization framework to ensure field activation on opportunities • Develop customer insights from value propositions to drive marketing program messaging

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field • 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles in software or scientific solutions • Minimum 5 years of experience in data management or data platform solutions • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis • Proven ability to define product strategy and define commercialization plans • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and integration strategies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with PLC processes and cross-functional collaboration in R&D environments • Preferred: Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field • Experience with laboratory informatics or content management solutions.
