• Sell Agilent Mass Spectrometry (MS) systems and workflows to various institutions. • Leverage technical knowledge as MS expert for customers and internal collaborators. • Remain up to date on MS market. • Participate in local technical shows and conferences. • Develop and deploy unique strategies to reach customers. • Build customer relationships and drive opportunities through complete sales cycle. • Negotiate complex sales transactions and deliver educational seminars. • Provide market and product feedback to R&D. • Utilize CRM and other tools to drive business.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor, Master or PhD in Chemistry, Biology or similar scientific discipline • 4 or more years of combined experience in Biotech, Pharma or similar industry with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience • Sales, end user or service experience with LC/MS and/or GC/MS • Experience collaborating with internal teams and resources • Willingness to embrace new ways of connecting with customers • Knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical workflows • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Experience presenting to groups of varying size • Preferred professional certification or experience with strategic selling
