📋 Description

• Contribute to sprint goals as an active member of a cross-functional Scrum team delivering product increments • Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end components using React (Next.js) and modern CSS frameworks • Build and integrate secure and efficient APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core and C# • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization • Ensure adherence to security, accessibility, and engineering best practices • Support continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows • Collaborate with vendors and technical partners supporting augmentation or delivery initiatives • Contribute ideas that improve scalability, maintainability, and user experience across applications • Provide guidance and mentoring support to less experienced developers when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience developing full-stack web applications • Strong front-end expertise using React (Next.js), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind • Comfortable building APIs and business logic using ASP.NET Core and C# • Enjoy working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams • Proactive about improving engineering practices and mentoring less experienced developers
