📋 Description

• Enter unfamiliar client codebases and environments and quickly build an accurate picture of the system and problem • Clarify ambiguous requests directly with client stakeholders before and while building • Design and build solutions across frontend, backend, infrastructure, or other required technical boundaries • Use approved AI tools deliberately and verify their output • Carry work through to production, including deployment, handoff, and adoption • Communicate progress, risk, and open questions clearly and early to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Adjust approach to the scope, stakes, and autonomy of each engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals demonstrated across more than one stack or technical layer • Proven ability to diagnose unfamiliar systems and ambiguous requirements without extensive hand-holding • Disciplined use and verification of AI-generated code and outputs; ability to explain and defend anything shipped • Clear, direct written and verbal communication with client stakeholders in English • Track record of ownership through production readiness, not just feature completion • Ability to maintain synchronous working-hours overlap with assigned clients • Preferred: experience working client-side or in a consulting / professional-services model • Preferred: exposure to multiple cloud platforms, frameworks, or languages • Preferred: experience mentoring or reviewing other engineers • Preferred: comfort operating with limited product or technical documentation
