📋 Description

• Serve as the technical leader responsible for integrating Agiloft’s AI ecosystem with its internal corporate systems. • Own the end-to-end architecture, design standards, building, and implementation of integrations across ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, and collaboration platforms. • Develop APIs, middleware, and data pipelines that enable data flow between systems and emerging AI capabilities. • Partner closely with IT, Data Governance, and AI leadership to ensure enterprise architecture evolves in step with the company’s AI strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in systems integration, enterprise architecture, or IT development roles. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with APIs, middleware, and enterprise system integrations. • Strong knowledge of data pipeline design, ETL/ELT processes, and integration frameworks. • Demostrated experience connecting AI/ML or LLM-based systems, with enterprise applications. • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance considerations for enterprise data and AI systems. • Proven expertise in integration frameworks (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Zapier, or custom API frameworks). • Proficiency with Agile/SCRUM, including input into sprint scope and prioritization based on technical dependencies. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across complex system environments. • Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical solutions to business aligned recommendations. • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to deliver integrations that create measurable business value.
