📋 Description

• Deliver high-value consultancy services, ensuring project objectives are met. • Advise clients on best practices for product functionality and sound business processes. • Design, configure and support Unit4 ERP and related solutions. • Develop test scripts, training materials, and communication deliverables. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer environment issues. • Demonstrate commercial awareness in all decisions and interactions. • Travel to customer locations throughout Canada and the USA.

🎯 Requirements

• A professional qualification such as Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) or Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) preferred. • Post-secondary education in business, finance, IT, or equivalent experience. • 2–5 years in a similar role, ideally with consulting experience. • Experience presenting, implementing, and providing training on HCM or Payroll products, ideally Unit4. • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines. • Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills. • A customer-first mindset with accountability for outcomes. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite. • A valid, unrestricted driver's license and willingness to drive for work purposes. • Willingness to align work hours with customer needs across Pacific and Eastern time zones. • Ability and willingness to travel locally, within Canada, and internationally.
