📋 Description

• Mid to Senior-Level UI Designer role; submit portfolio and resume to be considered for future openings • Report to the Senior Creative Director and shape the look, feel, and usability of websites and digital products • Work on fast-paced, varied projects from large-scale platforms to bold campaign sites for mission-driven organizations and high-profile brands • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft clean, intuitive interfaces • Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs • Present ideas to internal teams and clients and iterate based on feedback • Contribute to and work within design systems, knowing when to innovate and when to stay consistent • Stay on top of design trends and tools and partner with developers to ensure accurate execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UI design experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or consultancy • Expertise with Figma • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles • Attention to detail in layout, typography, and color • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Experience with motion graphics and Webflow is a major plus • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and self-direct your own workflow • Comfort working within a design system — and confidence knowing when and how to evolve it
