âą Support the Designated Managing Broker in administration of broker operations âą Assist agents in delivering exceptional real estate service âą Ensure compliance with state license law, REALTOR membership, and MLS participation âą Conduct training on contracts, risk management, licensing, and real estate law âą Respond promptly to agent requests for assistance âą Perform contract reviews for legal compliance âą Support the implementation of the eXp Risk Management Program âą Collaborate with colleagues using remote tools
đŻ Requirements
âą Requires an active broker's license âą Exceptional track record as a supervising real estate broker âą Understanding of real estate brokerage at a state level âą Collaborative approach âą Strong attention to detail âą Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred âą Proficient knowledge of G Suite required; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus âą Remote Work experience required âą Advanced Trello experience preferred
