📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Flow • Build and optimize Deluge scripts to automate business processes and enhance data consistency • Integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and custom functions • Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, and workflows to match business requirements • Develop dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders • Maintain documentation of system architecture, scripts, and integrations • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications or automations • Collaborate with teams across departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Zoho Developer, Zoho Admin, or Zoho Consultant • Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho’s custom function framework • In-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Flow • Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, or other Zoho One apps is a strong plus • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and webhook architecture • Ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. • Certification in Zoho Creator Developer or Zoho CRM Administrator is preferred • Experience working in ERP or logistics, retail, or distribution environments is preferred • Familiarity with Zoho Catalyst, Zoho Sigma, or serverless app development is preferred • Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL for external integrations is preferred • Prior experience with Zoho Partner implementations or Zoho One full-suite deployments is preferred.
