• Develop and execute highly effective promotional marketing strategies that drive business growth for AgroFresh across a robust portfolio of products in the United States, Latin America and Canada • Build and execute all paid, owned, and earned marketing strategies to drive growth in the full marketing funnel • Measure the impact of tactics on sales, adjusting as needed • Drive lead generation, qualification, and nurturing to support conversion to sale • Optimize the customer journey from awareness through conversion • Enable the sales leads funnel for the region • Lead regional product and program launches in close collaboration with Commercial (Sales), Global Product Management and R&D colleagues • Lead Marketing Automation and campaign attribution for the region
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or similar major (MBA a plus) • 7+ years of experience in marketing communications • English and Spanish fluent; Brazilian Portuguese a plus • Up to 25% travel, primarily within the region
