📋 Description

• Facilitate sections of strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops • Ensure customer expectations are appropriately set and managed • Lead technical project teams delivering consulting service offerings • Drive objectives, requirements gathering, project tasks, milestones, status, dependencies, and timelines to deliver engagements successfully and on time • Break down complex problems into manageable segments and determine project approaches • Create and edit project deliverables • Present deliverables to client executive management • Define outcome-based success measures and track scope, schedule, and budget metrics • Support business development pursuits through client discovery meetings and strawman proposals • Identify follow-on and expansion opportunities and co-author points of view and market-facing content • Represent service offerings during sales cycles, including project scoping, proposal development, and client proposal presentations • Build senior client and C-suite relationships, facilitate consensus, and address difficult client conversations • Assess client technology footprints to identify and prioritize value-creation opportunities • Build and maintain business-case components, including cost/benefit, ROI, and TCO inputs • Develop and enhance AHEAD Advisory consulting and deployment services • Serve as a technology thought leader and evangelist • Maintain knowledge of current and future IT trends, technologies, and standards • Contribute analytical content to at least one published thought-leadership asset annually • Advise clients on digital transformation, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology strategy • Mentor team members • Guide day-to-day work across one or more client workstreams and coordinate with other workstream leaders • Troubleshoot daily project issues and risks • Generate proposals with the team and liaise between clients and delivery teams • Maintain close client contact throughout projects • Obtain management approval before significant program changes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience as a senior information technology leader, including at least six years of executive technology consulting experience • Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus • Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured, actionable workstreams • Demonstrated experience as a technology change agent, leading teams through complex technology-driven initiatives • Working knowledge of proposal development and the consulting sales cycle • Client relationship management with executive and C-suite stakeholders • Demonstrated business acumen, including understanding client industries, operating models, and strategic priorities • Executive presence and polished presentation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and active-listening ability • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with different personalities
