📋 Description

• Assist travellers with travel support through chat, call and email • Maintain supplier, destination and system knowledge • Analyze customer needs, persona and urgency quickly and accurately • Provide information for hotel, flight, car and rail bookings • Support users with self-service of the Navan platform and app • Respond to customers within SLA expectations • Follow company, customer travel and expense, and global compliance procedures • Provide stakeholders with feedback on goals and key operating processes • Participate in team meetings covering product launches, supplier updates and industry changes • Build travel industry knowledge and maintain best-in-class support standards • Adhere to attendance policy and complete assigned training • Meet individual performance metrics supporting business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in TMC/BT Consultant Role covering all supplier products i.e air, rail and hotel • 2+ years of GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) to intermediate level - MANDATORY REQUIREMENT • IATA accreditation (WWAFT/WAII/BA2) • Customer Service experience within a contact center or customer facing role • Tech Savvy; confidence using Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce and Navan's internal travel customer service platform • Reliable and flexible with openness to working non-traditional shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends • Ability to multitask and resolve urgent matters quickly and efficiently • Empathetic disposition and professional attitude • Independent thinker able to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries using available resources • Excellent verbal and written communication • Team player who collaborates, gives and receives feedback, and supports others • Interest in travel and basic understanding of world geography
