📋 Description
• Support Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, and enhancements • Develop and support integrations with CRM and payment platforms • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions • Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 6–10+ years of experience with Zuora Billing • Strong knowledge of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora data/object model • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), subscription lifecycle, invoicing, and payments • Experience with CRM and payment gateway integrations • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
