• Responsible for leading and coordinating the entire Food & Beverage service area • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurants, meetings, and banquet events • Ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality assurance, and positive communication between the kitchen and service departments
• Completed vocational qualification in hospitality • Professional experience in the described role • Confident demeanor with guests and an approachable, friendly manner • Competent and professionally assured team leadership • Organized and independent working style • Hands-on mentality and efficient work approach • Experience implementing and monitoring standards and procedures • Willingness to work shifts • Confident PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience with POS systems – desirable
