📋 Description
• Lead development projects and purchase orders, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. • Manage risks autonomously, collaborating with our APAC product development team. • Create and own project plans from conceptualisation to product end-of-life, following AIAIAI's project management process. • Continuously optimise AIAIAI’s project management process to improve time and cost efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years as a Project Manager or Programme Manager in the consumer electronics or audio hardware industry. • Direct experience in China managing complex manufacturing and supply chain projects with local suppliers. • Exceptional organisational, risk management, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to operate autonomously in a remote structure while maintaining transparent communication. • Fluency (written and verbal) in English and Mandarin Chinese.
