📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews • Remove team impediments and support smooth delivery workflows • Foster an open, collaborative, and self-organizing team environment • Collaborate with System Analysts and stakeholders to ensure backlog clarity and alignment with business goals • Monitor and improve team performance metrics • Promote Agile best practices and support the team's growth in Agile maturity

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies • Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex team dynamics • Fluency in Lithuanian (mandatory) • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written) • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
