📋 Description

• Document IT processes, procedures, configurations, and workflows for future reference and operational consistency. • Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. • Assist in creating and updating internal IT documentation and manuals. • Work closely with the IT team to support ongoing technology projects and initiatives. • Participate in meetings, planning sessions, and project updates. • Provide administrative and technical support for IT operations as needed. • Research emerging IT trends, tools, and technologies. • Recommend improvements or efficiencies based on industry best practices. • Assist in evaluating software, hardware, and IT management solutions. • Document inventory and IT infrastructure. • Maintain asset tracking records. • Assist with equipment organization and lifecycle management. • Track software installations and licensing compliance. • Assist with software audits and renewal documentation. • Create and update network diagrams. • Develop executive-level technology overview diagrams. • Assist with infrastructure mapping and visualization. • Support development and maintenance of internal IT policies and procedures. • Review documentation for accuracy and completeness. • Assist with internal audits related to toner and printer management, hardware and IT assets, software usage and licensing, user roles and permissions, security groups and access management.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with IT inventory systems or ticketing platforms • Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and diagrams • Interest in cybersecurity, systems administration, or IT operations • Experience with Microsoft Windows environments and common business software.
