📋 Description
•每週五天提供每日2~3小時的線上顧問服務，根據問題量進行靈活調整，週末假日需排班。 •通過應用程式後台, 回覆用戶提交的寵物健康、營養和行為相關問題。 •提供清晰、準確且富有同理心的建議，針對每位用戶的疑問給出適合的解決方案。 •與應用程式團隊合作，確保用戶享有順暢且友好的諮詢體驗。 •在所有用戶互動中，遵守專業和道德標準。 •提供內容或功能的建議，提升應用程式對寵物主人的價值。
🎯 Requirements
•持有有效的獸醫執照，並具備至少3年以上的臨床經驗。 •熟悉動物醫學（貓狗必備），包括常見健康問題及預防保健。 •擁有優秀的書面溝通能力，能以簡單易懂的語言文字解釋複雜的醫學資訊。 •有線上諮詢或遠程醫療經驗者優先。 •熱衷於動物健康與福祉，具備以用戶為中心的服務思維。
