📋 Description

• Define the product vision for a new Generative AI venture. • Lead technical execution and ship full-stack, cloud-native applications. • Serve as the company’s CEO and co-founder, shaping, executing, and scaling the venture. • Apply deep GenAI expertise and product intuition to solve meaningful user problems. • Work in close partnership with a Product Builder, Technical Builder, and AI Fund leadership. • Operate with high ownership and rapid iteration in ambiguous environments. • Present to investors and participate in capital raises as needed. • Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and GTM teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical fluency in GenAI, LLMs, and modern ML frameworks. • Hands-on experience shipping full-stack, cloud-native applications. • Proven track record of building and launching 0–1 products. • Comfortable leading in ambiguity and acting without perfect information. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (product, design, GTM). • Excellent leadership and communication skills that inspire alignment and trust. • Experience presenting to investors or participating in capital raises. • Deep knowledge or strong familiarity with our target industry (e.g., renewable energy, infrastructure, compliance, etc.). • Previous co-founder or founding engineer of VC-backed software company. • Preferred: Experience building real-time or interactive products (voice, avatars, chatbots). • Preferred: Prior startup or founding engineer experience. • Preferred: Familiarity with fundraising or technical stakeholder communication. • Preferred: Domain expertise in the venture’s target vertical(s). • Initiative & Grit: You own outcomes, move fast, and thrive in chaotic environments. • User-Obsessed: You actively seek feedback and design with the end user in mind. • Scrappy & Resourceful: You deliver results despite constraints. • Technically Curious: You continuously explore new tools and approaches, applying them creatively. • Builder Energy: You’re energized by creating from scratch and making bold bets.
