• Own the end-to-end journey from raw user data to shipped features • Dive into PostHog and Google Analytics to identify drop-offs • Fix top 3 friction points to achieve 85% satisfaction rate • Use Figma, Claude, and Framer for rapid prototyping • Lead migration of PrimeVue components into a comprehensive Figma library • Collaborate with frontend team to cut design-to-code handoff time by 40% • Conduct user interviews and visit engine shops
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in SaaS Product Design • Expert-level Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Tokens) • Deep understanding of the PrimeVue ecosystem • Comfortable using PostHog to justify design choices • Using AI tools to augment workflow • Proactive and independent • Thrives in a Kanban environment
