📋 Description

• Management of a portfolio of automobile or property damage claims • Management of a portfolio of material recovery (subrogation) claims • Receiving claim notifications by email and phone, and supporting clients through the handling of their file until closure • Involvement in establishing and maintaining our partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree or diploma in law and/or insurance • Minimum of 1–2 years' proven experience in claims handling • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Customer satisfaction is your priority; you are a good listener and show empathy • You are thorough and methodical • You enjoy working autonomously while maintaining a team spirit
