• Manage a portfolio of home insurance (MRH) claims • Manage a portfolio of third-party property recovery claims • Receive claim notifications by email and phone and support clients through the claim handling process until file closure • Contribute to the establishment and long-term maintenance of our partnerships
• You hold a degree in law and/or insurance • Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in claims handling • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information • Customer satisfaction is your priority; you are a good listener and demonstrate empathy • You are rigorous and methodical • You enjoy working autonomously while maintaining a team spirit
